It’s the same every time. You spend 2-3 days working on a coding task. Try your best to come up with elegant solutions to the problem you’re given. Write a bunch of unit to prove how awesome your is and when you send it in you get back 3 measly comments about how there was a compile time warning that you forgot to address. Or about you didn’t put all your compute intensive off the main thread. And when you ask them where you did that – because you’re pretty sure you fucking didn’t – you’re told that “the logcat seems to suggest that” and “I’m sorry but we will not proceed with your ”.

I mean what the fuck? I’ll never do one of these tests again unless I am GUARANTEED I will have a face-to-face meeting with the person reviewing it afterwards. I’m not your fucking donkey and if you can’t be bothered to give me a chance to explain my work you can take your job and shove it where the sun doesn’t shine!
